For the love of horses — UK grad ready to diversify the agriculture industry

As a graduating senior from UK’s Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment (CAFE), Harrison Goode was among the winners recognized with the Lyman T. Johnson Torch Bearer award. In addition to his academic success, Goode is an Eagle Scout, participates in the Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources and Related Sciences (UK MANRRS) program, and was named Mr. Black UK at the 2023 Homecoming Ceremony. His passion for horses led him to UK and serving as a Wildcat Wrangler equine ambassador for the UK Ag Equine Programs.
