Mr. Warren was a featured soloist with the U.S. Army Brass Band in the
1999 Eastern Trombone Workshop. He further stays active as a solo
recitalist/clinician for Bach Trombones, a division of the Selmer
Corporation.
Mr. Warren has previously taught at Delta State University in Cleveland,
Mississippi and Texas Wesleyan College in Fort Worth, Texas. His teachers
include the following principal trombonists: Ron Barron, Boston Symphony
Orchestra; Milt Stevens, National Symphony Orchestra; and John Kitzman,
Dallas Symphony Orachestra. Mr. Warren also studied with Buddy Baker,
University of Northern Colorado and former member of the big bands of Stan
Kenton and Woody Herman, and Richard Bowles, University of Florida. Mr.
Warren has a year of doctoral work in performance at Boston University, a
master's degree in performance from the University of Northern Colorado,
and a bachelor's degree in music education from the University of Florida.
