A command-line tool to wait for and trigger events under Microsoft Windows.

Requirements:

Windows 2000 or above.

o Allows waiting for events from within a batch file.

o Events can be triggered across processes on same computer.

o Supports setting an Access Control List for an event

o Optional time-out expiration of an event wait.

o Verbose mode facilitates logging.

o Simply download the executable to a directory on your hard disk. Then, place that directory in the PATH variable of your environment.
