"The Trip with Clay Gaunce"

Welcome to the home page for "The Trip with Clay Gaunce", the progressive rock radio show that aired for twelve years on WRFL in Lexington, Kentucky. Beginning in the spring of 1996, it was the only program of its kind in the central Kentucky area and was among only a handful of such programs worldwide. Definitive sources for the show included Genesis, King Crimson, The Soft Machine, Yes, Gentle Giant, Jethro Tull, Pink Floyd, Emerson, Lake & Palmer, and, of course, Frank Zappa. Since progressive rock is by its very nature both innovative and timeless, many contemporary artists were also included.  To find out more about them – and the program – please click the links below.  Thanks for stopping by!
