Academic Enhancement is proud to employ more than 100 UK undergraduates each year! These outstanding student leaders serve in a variety of roles in the department, including Peer Tutors, Peer Instructors, Interns, Desk Workers, and Student Program Coordinators.

It is common for Academic Enhancement to receive several hundred applications each year for these positions. In addition to being some of the highest earning student positions on campus, Academic Enhancement intentionally structures employment experiences for student to learn valuable skills and habits that will contribute to their success in the professional world.
