S.T. Roach Community Conversations

Return to AAS Curriculum Return Home

UK's African American Studies and Research Program is partnering with Lexington's Lyric Theater to present the S.T. Roach Community Conversation. Monthly, the community conversation will spotlight UK's African American professors - as well as community activists - addressing a variety of topics affecting the black community.
Join us.

The first S. T. Roach Community Conversation will be held Thursday, Nov. 11 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Lyric Theater. We will celebrate the the life and legacy of Coach S. T. Roach before moving into a meet-and-greet session with UK's African American professors. Light refreshments will be served, and, the event is free and open to the public.
