EGSO Funding

How to Apply for EGSO Funding

 

Each year, the English Graduate Student Organization supports fellow members with additional funding to attend conferences and other professional meetings. In order to promote fairness and to ensure that all EGSO members have the potential to receive funding, the following requirements have been established:

 

             English graduate student at the University of Kentucky

             Completed funding application form

             Acceptance to present at the conference in question

 

After reading all of the applications, EGSO will distribute funds.  Funding decisions are based on the amount of money available, which varies from semester to semester.  The deadlines for the academic year are:

 

             Fall: November 1st
             Spring: April 1st
             Summer: May 1st

Please turn the completed form into the EGSO President's mailbox, which is located in 1215 POT.
