Health Insurance

All Center for ESL students on F-1 student visas will be required to have health insurance that covers you in the U.S. If you have private insurance that is equivalent to our insurance, you may apply for a waiver. Please check with our office before purchasing other insurance, so that you know what the required coverage is. Current cost of medical insurance is about $94 per month. For more information, please check the Health Insurance page.

Please note that our health insurance does not cover dental care. Only in exceptional cases of accidents which result in dental emergencies can dental care be covered. Because the cost of dental care can be very high in the United States, you may want to consider having dental care performed in your country before you leave.
