GLY 102 Course Evaluation Form

Give me some feedback! More than once, if you wish!

This form is split into two parts. The first part is our open-ended Departmental questionaire that allows you to write whatever you want. The second one is the standard University "bubble sheet" that is not always fully applicable to any given course.  The first part is much more helpful to us than the second part.

Please note that this form is not a substitute for the official course evaluation you will do near the end of the semester. But it is a way of telling me what I'm doing right and wrong as the semester proceeds. That way I can fix things when I still have the opportunity!

Your answers to this form will be anonymous. Don't put your name on this unless you want me to make a specific reply to a concern that you have. No, lavishing me with praise will not boost your grade and complaining will not lower it.
