This form is intended for students wishing to exceed their credit hour limit for a given semester.

Students should print this form and then take it to 257 POT.

The student will be seen by one of the Arts & Sciences Professional Advisors, who will make the final determination on permitting the student to take additional hours. The Professional Advisor will then adjust the student's credit limit in SIS.

In some instances, the student will be required to leave the form and come back to meet with a graduation specialist. In these cases, the determination will be made and the credit limit will be adjusted in 1-2 business days.

The student can immediately enroll in the class in the appropriate manner; VIP registration, VIP during the Add/Drop period, or in 257 after Add/Drop period is over.
