Hey - my name is Ryan Wagoner, Assistant Director of Admissions for Transfer Services in the office of Undergraduate Admissions.

Originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia, I moved to Lexington, Kentucky in 2006 to pursue new opportunities working in higher education. It was through my time in college (Longwood '02) and graduate school (Old Dominion University, University of Kentucky) that led me to realize the importance of a great college experience as the impetus to a successful, meaningful future. It is because of this value in higher education that I want to play my part in making others' experiences the best they can be.

Working specifically with transfer students to UK, it is my goal to answer any related admissions questions as well as to get you connected to the vast array of great ways to get involved on campus.

I look forward to meeting with you as you are looking to transfer to UK from wherever you currently attend school.   It is best to take the time to visit our campus for yourself to fully explore your options, and I will work to make the transition to UK as smooth and seamless as possible.
