Overview

The Baled Balance Sheet is a stand-alone balance sheet program, no other software program is needed. To use the program, first choose if you wish to create separate farm and personal balance sheets, or if you wish to consolidate them. After you make a selection, enter your name and date when prompted. To complete the balance sheet, double click the cells in red text and either the supporting schedule or a likely information source will appear. Any cell with blue text allows the user to overwrite that cell, such as "Other Current Asset".

After completion of the balance sheet, the user may save their work by following the "Save as" command from the File menu bar. They may also print either of the balance sheets or the asset and liability supporting schedules.

For more information about using the Baled Balance Sheet, please see the help section from the menu bar of the application.
