| I. General Comments: | ||
| The purpose of the laboratory exercises is to learn by doing. The experiments will attempt to coincide with the lecture material to facilitate learning. In the laboratory sessions, students will work in groups to gather experimental data from soils and reference minerals and write up a report and present the data as a group. This accounts for 20% of the course grade. | ||
