Funding for the Kentucky Entrepreneurial Coaches Institute is provided by the Kentucky Agricultural Development Board under the administration of the Governor's Office of Agricultural Policy. KECI Expands Into South Central Kentucky This program targets 22 tobacco-dependent counties: Adair, Allen, Barren, Butler, Casey, Clay, Clinton, Cumberland, Edmonson, Green, Hart, Laurel, Marion, Metcalfe, Monroe, McCreary, Pulaski, Russell, Taylor, Warren, Washington, and Wayne.
