The Kentucky Entrepreneurial Coaches Institute is an interdisciplinary endeavor of the Departments of Community and Leadership Development and Agricultural Economics located in the College of Agriculture at the University of Kentucky.

Funding for the Kentucky Entrepreneurial Coaches Institute is provided by the Kentucky Agricultural Development Board under the administration of the Governor's Office of Agricultural Policy.

 
This program targets 22 tobacco-dependent counties:  Adair, Allen, Barren, Butler, Casey, Clay, Clinton, Cumberland, Edmonson, Green, Hart, Laurel, Marion, Metcalfe, Monroe, McCreary, Pulaski, Russell, Taylor, Warren, Washington, and Wayne.
