All applications for the 2008-2009 class must be received no later than Friday, November 30, 2007.
Applications shall be reviewed by the selection committee appointed by the Governor's Office of Agricultural Policy and the Kentucky Agricultural Development Board in cooperation with the Center for Rural Development in Somerset.
Selected individuals will be contacted for interviews in early December and final decisions will be made by Friday, December 21, 2007. The Institute will begin in February 2008.
