There are many possible tracks for leadership. Here at Base Camp you can explore which track you are interested in pursuing. 

For young people, you can explore Youth Leadership Opportunities.  There are a number of exciting possibilities for you!

For adults, you can explore opportunities to work with youth,  to work within the school system,  to help out within your community, to promote economic development, or to help with the environment.

Start by Setting Your Bearings on a Track for Leadership:

Move your mouse over each cell to see examples of possible leadership opportunities in that track. Clicking on (Go!) in each box will take you the routes to Camp 1, Camp 2 and Camp 3 which describe the leadership skills necessary for your area of interest.
