The Skill Camps Along your Climbing Route

for Adults Working with Environmental Issues

The Camps at each level provide an individual with the appropriate skills to reach their desired leadership destination. There are three areas of leadership skills development listed below. They are:

  •  Community Engagement Skills  (Camp 3)

  •  Team and Organizational Skills  (Camp 2)

  •   Individual Leadership Skills        (Camp1)

The journey of becoming an effective leader generally starts in Camp 1.  And these skills are built upon in Camps 2 and 3.
