copyright, 2004, University of Kentucky Department of EntomologyBlue counties indicate where emerging periodical cicadas have been reported. However, that does not mean that they have been seen over the entire county. In some areas cicada numbers are low or infestations are very localized.
This map will continue to be updated as we receive new information about the emergence of Brood X of the 17-year cicadas, so check back often!
