Edamame promotions included booths at regional farmer's markets (Evansville, IN and Owensboro, KY) as well as numerous talks and cooking demonstrations. The promotions are spearheaded by Sara McNulty and include involvement by the University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service (Daviess County) and the Purdue University Cooperative Extension Service (Vanderburgh County), as well as a local chef (Cliff Sallee, Famous Bistro, Owensboro). Promotional booths were set up at 
regional farmer's markets and other events.
