The Kentucky Horticulture Council's proposal to the Agriculture Development Board was approved in September, following some suggested down-sizing. The Council's proposal is for two years (2002- 2003) and will fund infrastructure support through the UK Horticulture Department and the Kentucky Department of Agriculture's Division of Horticulture Marketing.
