ACT, the successful completion of a by-pass exam,
MA 109 College Algebra, or any calculus course
II. Foreign Language
Two years of the same foreign language in secondary
school, or a two-semester college sequence
MA 123 Elementary Calculus (3)
IV. University Writing V. Oral Communication
Suspended.
VI. Natural Sciences (9 hours)
CHE 105 General College Chemistry I (3) VII. Social Sciences (6 hours)
AEC 101 Economics of Food & Agriculture (3) OR VIII. Humanities (6 hours)

Student's choice GEN 100 Issues in Agriculture: The Development of Modern Agriculture (3) *CHE 105 General College Chemistry I (3) Additional requirements not required by University Studies or College
PLS 104 Plants, Soils and People: A Global Perspective (3) See Horiculture Enterprise Management or Horicultural Science
During the sophomore year each student is required to identify
an Option and develop a Plan of Study that details
the course work to be taken during the junior and senior years.
The Plan of Study must be approved by the undergraduate
curriculum committee.
