Sustainable Systems - Discovery, evaluation and education related to horticultural crop and landscape systems that are sustainable in terms of economics, natural resources and other environmental considerations, and the health/safety of growers and consumers.

• Eleven acres of the Horticulture Research Farm in Lexington will be certified organic before the 2007 growing season.
