Crimson Crisp Enterprise Florina
Small to medium apple. Very bright mid-range red over yellow. Extremely crisp. Very good, rich flavor. Moderately acid, spicy. Trees Moderately vigorous. Upright growth habit with more than average branching. Immune to scab, moderately resistant to leaf rust, moderately susceptible to mildew, susceptible to fireblight. Late season. This is a deep red apple with good keeping qualities. Fruit is uniform-medium to large. Tree is spreading with good annual bearing habits. Enterprise is immune to apple scab, highly resistant to fire blight and cedar apple rust, and moderately resistant to powdery mildew. Mid season. 612-1 x Jonathan. Medium to large apple. Very attractive purple-red over yellow. Medium firm. Aromatic. Keeps well. Medium to strong vigor. Scab resistance, fireblight tolerant, mildew susceptible. Precocious. Terminal bearer. Harvest: With Golden Delicious.
Fortune Fuji, Sun Fuji, Yataka
Cox Orange seedling x Wealthy. Medium size dull red fruit with some russeting and striping. Sweet, creamy white flesh. Aromatic, lively flavor. Good keeper. Holds flavor well in storage. Mid season. A sport of Fuji. Selected for its outstanding color, Sun Fuji is recognized as one of the leading Fuji sports. Fruit matures with conventional Fuji strains showing improved red color, & finishing out with a distinct striping. Mid season. Matures about 3-4 weeks earlier than standard Fuji.
Gala, Big Red Gala, Rezista GoldRush
Developed in 1992 by Tina Fackler of Rocky Meadow Orchard. 30-40% larger than other strains. Requires another variety to pollinate  Compact growth habit, prolific bearer. Needs heavy thinning to maintain fruit size and prevent biennial bearing. Zones 4-7.   Coop 17 x Golden Delicious. Best known for its remarkable keeping qualities (10-11 months) and sweet crisp flavor. Gold Rush resists oxidation when cut, making a very yellow sauce or firm crisp slices for baking. Resistant to scab and mildew, with moderate resistance to fire blight. Matures after Fuji and not recommended for northern growing districts. Late season.
Ginger Gold  Honeycrisp  Jonagold De Coster
Golden Delicious-type. Apple ripens 6 weeks ahead of Golden Delicious. Ginger Gold exhibits all the qualities of a fall variety and ripens 3 weeks before McIntosh. The highest quality early season yellow dessert apple available. Mid-season. Keepsake x ???. Fruit is mottled red over yellow ground color. Very crisp flesh. Excellent for eating and keeping qualities. Rated superior to McIntosh & Delicious for fresh eating. Keeps up to 5 months in common storage. A sport of Jonagold. Golden Delicious x Jonathan. One of the newest red cultivars of Jonagold. Developed by Henry De Coster, prominent horticulturist from Belgium.
Jonagold Rubinstar Morren's Jonagored Liberty 
A sport of Jonagold. Golden Delicious x Jonathan. Excellent quality, early coloring Jonagold strain.  A sport of Jonagold. Golden Delicious x Jonathan. More vigorous than Jonagold. Semi-spur and standard spreading growth. Macoun x Purdue 54-12. Medium to large, bright, shiny, McIntosh-type fruit with 90% red blush. Crisp, juicy, light yellow flesh. Sprightly flavor. Good for eating fresh, cooking, canning or desserts. Stores until Feb. Flavor intensifies in storage.
Monark Pristine Pixie Crunch Dwarf
Large English culinary apple is flushed with pinkish red and bright red stripes over green-yellow background. Becomes greasy in storage. Coop 10 x Cazumat. The earliest of the disease resistant cultivars ripening just after Lodi. Pristine is a yellow apple with a smooth, glossy skin. Fruit is high in sugar content with excellent keeping quality for an early season variety. The tree is vigorous and considered very disease resistant, but is susceptible to fire blight. Mid-season.  
Redfree Rome, Rezista  Sansa
Raritan x PRI 1018-101. Medium size, glossy fruit with 90% bright red color. Smooth, waxy, russet-free skin. Light flesh is crisp and juicy. Tree bears annually. Immune to scab and cedar apple rust. Moderately resistant to fire blight and mildew.    A Gala x Akane cross developed in Japan, maturing one week before Gala. Excellent dessert apple with good keeping quality. Resembles Gala in fruit color and firmness. Mid season.
Scarlet O'Hara Senshu Shizuka
PCF 2-134 x PRI 669-205. Fruit is round-conic, full blushed red, sweet and juicy. Hangs extremely well to the tree and sugars increase greatly until early October. From the scab-resistant breeding program of Purdue, this is one of the highest quality and most productive varieties. It is susceptible to fire blight.  Toko x Fuji. Flavor and size qualities are rated excellent. Spreading tree reported to be very disease resistant. A sister to Mutsu developed in Japan. Reported to be blister spot resistant. Fruit has a milder flavor than Mutsu. Tree vigor appears to be similar. Worth of trial where blister spot has been a problem. Mid season.
Sundance Dwarf William's Pride  
 

PRI 1018-101 x NJ 50. Resistance to apple scab and cedar apple rust. Good resistance to fireblight and powdery mildew. Harvest: late July or early August. Fruit is medium in size slightly conic in shape with a rich aromatic flavor. Apples are 70-80% red with excellent eating quality.
