Campus Space: Third Year Studio
| In this project, students were asked to redesign a site on the University of Kentucky campus. The space was to function as a student entry into campus, linking the campus and the student-oriented commercial area on Limestone Street. The space was to function as a social space (as a front yard for the campus), and as a space in which to display a sculpture gift to the University. |
| The objective of this project was to have students apply their understanding of the design process (i.e., assessment, development of conceptual design alternatives, development of a schematic plan, and refinement of the plan through design development). |
