Materials Charette: Second Year Studio
| In this project, students were asked to design two separate and unrelated
concpetual environments using a controlled palette of materials in response
to a context of their choice. Both projects were intended to explore
how specific concepts and ideas can be expressed through certain materials
(i.e. wood, metal, glass, light, earth, stone, water, sound, etc.) and
qualities of space.
