· Culvert under NC for creek, so cross w/ RR-wider.
· Follow RR track w/ main loop, with spurs to native areas.
· Enhance wetlands and riparian zones.
· Access to VA Hospital and KY Tech and middle school.
· KY Tech as staging area to enter trail but have to cross RR.
· Connect along Wolf Run back to other parts of city.
· Ex. Farm w/ knoll-keep rural.
· Keep trail other side of creek, Wolf Run from farm.
· Existing bridges utilized.
· Knoll area w/in Urban Service Area.
· Issue of RR relationship-fences, grade separation, warning signs?
· Trench which doubles as spillway?
· Legal liability issue. Re: RR point of view.
· Comfort level of pedestrians?
· Wildlife need less fences.
