The New Crop Opportunities Center is seeking your input on research needs in the areas of specialty grains and/or horticultural crops. Specifically, are you aware of new crops in these areas for which there is a market interest, or for which you believe a market could be developed? Is there a new crop, or a crop that could demand a premium for a high-value trait, that has not yet been sufficiently explored by researchers at the UK College of Agriculture? Your responses to these questions will be forwarded to College of Agriculture researchers to help them develop grant proposals.
