To evaluate 8 elite soft white winter wheat breeding lines in replicated multi-location testing.
To evaluate the utility of newly available DNA markers in identifying single gene red (1-R) wheat lines in order to compare them with white wheat sister lines.
To determine the role of seed coat color and flavonoid level in Fusarium head blight (FHB) resistance of near isogenic red and white wheat lines.
