Handling Pesticides Correctly

Any complaints concerning pesticide problems, drift, mis-use, concern over lack of control from commercial applications, etc. should be refered to Pesticide Regulation toll free (866) 289-0001. A complaint must be filed by the individual, no anonymous complaints will be investigated.

Division of Pesticide inspectors have been trained to investigate complaints and to document and collect samples and specimens properly. A "chain of custody" of these items must be established for use in legal proceedings. Do not place yourself in an awkward position by collecting samples or processing a complaint yourself.
