PROTOCOL FOR SUBMITTING SAMPLES:

1. Sample size and type: 10 - 100 g of a representative whole seed or ground sample. If ground, the particle sizes of samples should be sufficiently fine to resemble whole wheat flour (see "Sampling Grain for Deoxynivalenol (DON) Analysis: A Researchers Guide" from the USWBSI website).

2. Packing and labeling: Pack samples in coin envelopes and label them with the same names as listed in the datasheet.

4. Datasheet: An Excel spreadsheet. Label samples with consecutive numbers (see example).
