RESOLUTION NUMBER 7
WHEREAS, the Horticultural Inspection Society, Southern Chapter, at it’s Founder’ Meeting, set out the duties of Treasurer, and;
WHEREAS, the Membership of the Chapter sees a need to establish a Checks and Balance system within the financial records;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: Any funds received for the purpose of the Society must be deposited in the banking and/or savings account no greater than 45 days after receiving the said funds.
