THE SOUTHERN CHAPTER
Resolution Number 8
WHEREAS, the Horticultural Inspection Society, Southern Chapter, at it's Founder's Meeting, set out the duties of the elected officer of Vice President and President, both Executive Members; and
WHEREAS, the members see a need to establish a continuing pattern for revolving representation in the Executive Cabinet,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: The Office of Vice President and President will remain elected officers of the Chapter and an Executive Committee member, and that The Office of Vice President will remain the host for the next Annual Meeting. The Position of President will be succeeded by the position of Vice President each year, thus establishing a rotating order within the Executive Committee.
