THE SOUTHERN CHAPTER

Resolution Number 11

WHEREAS, the Horticultural Inspection Society, Southern Chapter, during it’s 3rd Annual Meeting and In-Service Training in College Station, Texas, established the position of Webmaster and separated the position from the office of Chapter Editor;

WHEREAS, the Chapter finds it necessary to employ the services of the Webmaster;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: The operation of the Chapter Website shall be hired out to a separate entity to be determined by the Executive Committee, if appropriate Chapter funds are available.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that: The amount to be spent on the Website shall not exceed an amount equal to 15% of the membership dues collected each year.
