WHEREAS, the Horticultural Inspection Society, Southern Chapter was greatly benefitted by the USDA POST ENTRY QUARANTINE TRAINING;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the members of the Horticultural Inspection Society, Southern Chapter, at its Annual Meeting in Lexington, Kentucky, on September 10, 2008 fully recommend the USDA POST ENTRY QUARANTINE TRAINING to all Horticultural Inspection Society Chapters.
