Ph.D. University of Kentucky (2015)
Research Coordinator, University of Kentucky
While trained primarily in general turfgrass agronomy, Kenneth Cropper most recently has been focused on turfgrass disease and weed control. His recent publications have dealt with crabgrass and johnsongrass control in home lawns. Kenneth frequently conducts trials with new pesticides and appreciates the first-hand experience with these products which he uses to educate turf managers in Kentucky and surrounding states.
Being a Kentucky native, Kenneth enjoys the opportunity the university provides him with to conduct meaningful research that is important to turf managers in Kentucky.
Kenneth is married and has a daughter. He is a huge U.K. basketball and football fan and tries to go to as many games as he can each season.
