  • Special Requirements for Admission

Students must meet all requirements for admission to the University. In addition, enrollment in the Landscape Architecture program is determined by a selective admission procedure. Applicants are selected on a competitive basis as determined by aptitude tests which assess potential success in the program. Prospective students should contact Karen Goodlet at 859-257-7295 or kgoodlet@uky.edu at the earliest possible date for specific information about admission procedures.

    Graduation Requirements

To earn a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture degree, the student must have 145 semester hours with at least a 2.0 grade point standing (on a 4.0 scale).

A minimum of 45 hours must be from upper division courses (300 and above). Remedial courses may not be counted toward the total hours required for graduation.
