PHILOSOPHY FOR ARCHITECTS: THE UNBEARABLE HEAVINESS OF PHILOSOPHY MADE LIGHTER

Several Students have organized an extracurricular "crash" course in philosophy designed for architecture students. A kind of Philosophers Anonymous designed to give architecture students a better grip on some of the philosophies they may face in their studio projects, critical texts, and current work in architecture. Topics that we plan to "Decrypt": Derrida, Hegel, Descartes, Heraclitus, etc.

The class meets on Sundays at 1:00 in the Conference Room in the Office, is being taught by Janet Roccanova, and there is a one-time fee of $30. Get only out of it what you put into it... no papers, exams, quizzes... and no grades or credit. Twice the knowledge, half the hassel. Anyone interested should please show up at the above time/place, or e-mail WWZAUSCH@AOL.COM for more information.
