6. Students with a Masters Degree not from UK:

Students entering with a Master's Degree from another university may be required to take courses designated under the Master's Program. This decision will be made by the advisor with approval of the DGS.

7. Thesis By-Pass

If a student opts for a thesis by-pass and it is approved, s/he is still required to take the classes for the MA.

* Rotation is how often the course is on the schedule (e.g., 1 means the course is taught every semester, 2 means the course is taught every other semester) NOTE: Course rotation and availability may change from time to time.

** 3,4 indicates the year in the overall graduate program; if student enters with a Master's Degree this would be 1,2.
