How does my unit complete the Annual Progress Report and submit it to the Institutional Effectiveness Database?
The electronic form for completing the Annual Progress Report is located at our Strategic Planning and Reporting System (SPRS) website. Authorization must be obtained before you enter information into your unit's Annual Progress Reports or view the reports. Listed below is the link where you can access the Computing Accounts Request Form.
Complete steps 1, and 2, and be sure to sign on step 2 of the "Computing Accounts Request Form."
There are three different roles available to database users. Please specify the role that you will play in the Annual Progress Report process on the Computing Accounts Request Form.
If you will be entering assessment data into the Annual Progress Report form, write 'data entry' at the top of the page. Data entry users may enter data for specific reports into the database, but they may not approve the reports for permanent storage in the database.
If you will be approving the Annual Progress Report reports from your unit, write 'approver' at the top of the page. Approvers also have the ability to enter data or revise information contained in the reports.
If you will simply be reviewing the annual reports from your unit and others at UK, write 'reporter' at the top of the page. Reporters may examine various reports in the database, but they may not enter or revise data contained in the reports.
Then fax the form to Dr. Kenny Royal (3-3999) for approval. He will review the information on the form, verify that the user is allowed to access the application, complete the form, and forward it to the Computing Accounts department. Once your account has been created, he will email your log-in ID and password.
