The Office of Assessment staff is available to assist you with various kinds of survey support. Pauline Chhooi, Assessment Specialist, can meet with you to discuss your needs and direct you to a variety of on-line tools and resources or custom tailor a survey in a variety of formats using Snap Survey software. The intention of the Office of Assessment is to provide excellent service while also making sure we have the time and resources necessary to provide that service. To help achieve this outcome, the staff requests that changes to surveys, e-mail distribution lists, and e-mail transmittal letters be submitted no less than 5 working days prior to the launch of the survey. When deviations from this schedule occur, the result may be a delayed survey launch date.
