Athletic Association Board of Directors

The University of Kentucky Athletic Association Board of Directors conducts the affairs and business of the University of Kentucky Athletic Association corporation. The president of the university is the president of the corporation and the president of the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors meets once a semester, and special meetings may be held at any time upon the call of the president in accordance with the Open Meetings law. The Board meets in the Board Room on the 18th floor of Patterson Office Tower.
