Copier Services, in conjunction with UK Purchasing, offers a centralized copier program that provides for the placement of copiers in UK departments. Departments participating in the copier program enjoy a number of conveniences and benefits, such as:

• A full line of copy systems with a wide range of features and copy speed.
• No capital budget requirements and no purchase orders needed.
• Automatic monthly billing directly to your FRS account with a hardcopy sent to your department.

Effective 03/01/01, five copier vendors were given state contract pricing contracts from the state of Kentucky and two vendors have UK contracts. These 7 vendors have UK contracts and will now work with UK Purchasing and Copier Services to give UK departments more choices for renting and purchasing copiers, faxes and related products.
