ASSOCIATE SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

According to the SEAHO constitution, our purpose is to:

Provide an opportunity to college and university housing officers for personal and professional growth through attendance at an annual conference and to facilitate an exchange of ideas and dialogue with professional colleagues.

To accomplish this purpose, it is imperative that we continue to strive to keep the cost of the conference down so that as many housing professionals as possible can attend. Your sponsorship helps more individuals attend the conference, which brings more potential buyers by your booth. Old friendships are renewed and new friendships started. Who knows when future CHO will stop by your booth?

ASSOCIATES FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Need help with freight or a data drop in your booth?

Conferon, out of Lexington, will coordinate all requests for additional items needed for your booth set up. They will provide assistance with freight and labor. Also, if you need additional equipment including audiovisual, telephone, or data in your booth, you will need to work through Conferon. Once your registration is complete, Conferon will contact you to make arrangements for your additional needs. Please note that you must comply with a volume restriction if you will be using audiovisual or stereo equipment in your booth(s).

Booth Location Preferences

Please indicate where you would prefer to be located in the exhibit hall by listing booth numbers below. If you will require more than one booth list all the booths for each preference. For example, if you need one booth just list that number, but if you need three booths list all three numbers (100-102). Take a look at the Heritage Hall East layout and identify several preferences for your booth location. Every attempt will be made to honor your request, but all requests will be processed on a first-come, first serve basis.

Additional Meal Tickets

Once prices have been set for meals, you will be given the opportunity to purchase additional tickets for each meal. We will contact you with this information.

Sponsorship Opportunities

SEAHO strives to keep the cost of the conference down so that we can make the opportunity of attending the conference open to as many individuals as possible. Although there may be only a few individuals at the conference who make the purchasing decisions at their respective institutions, there are many professionals that are either very influential in the process, or will be making these decisions in the near future. In a time of low institutional budgets, your sponsorships help us keep this conference as a viable option for many housing professionals.

There are a variety of items that need to be sponsored, from meals, to breaks, to volunteer t-shirts, to note books, or you can provide an unrestricted gift. Please take a moment and look at the options for sponsorship, then decide where you can help. Those who make the decision to sponsor will receive special recognition during the conference. See the Sponsorship Opportunities handout for more information.
