Booth Registration
Each 10' x 10' booth includes: 1 skirted table (8' length), 2 chairs, 2 beverage tickets for Opening Reception (Wednesday), 1 breakfast ticket (Thursday), 1 ticket for lunch (Thursday), and a delegate roster. Please check the number of booths you will need.

Triple Booth-$2,400 Quad Booth-$3,100

Booth Location Preferences
Please indicate where you would prefer to be located in the exhibit hall by listing booth numbers below. If you will require more than one booth list all the booths for each preference. Look at the Heritage Hall East layout and identify several preferences for your booth location. Every attempt will be made to honor your request, but all requests will be processed on a first-come, first serve basis, and we cannot guarantee that we can honor your request.

*Please note that if you need more than one booth, they will be placed consecutively in the exhibit hall. Associate booths cannot be placed across the aisle from each other. Preference for booths on the end of an aisle will be given to those paying for either 2 or 4 booths.

Need help with freight or a data drop in your booth?
LEXPO, out of Lexington, will coordinate all requests for additional items needed for your booth set up. They will provide assistance with freight and labor. Also, if you need additional equipment including audiovisual, telephone, or data in your booth, you will need to work through LEXPO. Once your registration is complete, LEXPO will contact you to make arrangements for your additional needs. Please note that you must comply with a volume restriction if you will be using audiovisual or stereo equipment in your booth(s).

Submission of this registration for exhibit space at the SEAHO 2007 annual conference indicates the Associates willingness to abide by all exhibit terms, and general regulations as are provided for the Associates exhibit area.

Fee Payment
Please make checks to SEAHO 2007. If you decide to support the conference through taking advantage of a sponsorship opportunity, you can either include that amount in your check or send two checks. Be sure to include any additional meals that you selected. Send the check to the following address:
