| Q. | What is the cost for registration? |
| A. | $175 for professional staff; $100 for graduate staff; and $75 for a one-day registration. |
| Q. | When will registration materials be available? |
| A. | They're available now! Just click on the link on the main page. |
| Q. | Will we be able to register online? |
| A. | Yes, we will only be doing online registration. |
| Q. | Can I pay by credit card, of so, how? |
| A. | Yes, you will be able to submit that information as part of your online registration submission. |
| Q. | What other methods of payment are accepted? |
| A. | Check or money order made payable to SEAHO 2007. If you have a Purchase Order number remember this is only a promissory note, and we must have payment by the time you arrive. |

| A. | Yes, it is 57-0735212 |
| Q. | What is the conference registration deadline? |
| A. | Friday January 15 for early registration, otherwise Friday February 9, 2007. |
| Q. | When does late registration officially end? |
| A. | Friday February 9, 2007 |
| Q. | Will I be able to register on-site? |
| A. | Yes, although we discourage people from doing so, if possible. Early registrations help us determine the how many people will be attending meals and other activities during the conference. |
| Q. | Which hotels are available for SEAHO 2007 delegates? |
| A. | SEAHO 2007 delegates will be able to stay at either the Hyatt Regency Hotel or Radisson Plaza Hotel in downtown Lexington. For more information, contact the Hyatt at 859 253-1234 or the Radisson at 800 333-3333. | Q. | What are the hotel room rates? |
| A. | The special rates for SEAHO delegates are: Hyatt - $119.00 for a single/double; $129.00 for a triple/quad Radisson - $129.00 for a single/double; $139.00 for a triple/quad Please be sure to mention the SEAHO 2007 when making your reservation. |
| Q. | Is there a cut off for hotel registration? |
| A. | YES, Friday January 19, 2007 for the Hyatt and January 26, 2007 for the Radisson. After this date we cannot guarantee hotel accommodations. |
| Q. | What are directions to the Hyatt and the Radisson? |
| A. | Lexington is conveniently located at the intersection of Interstates 75 & 64. Specific directions can be located on the hotel websites or at www.mapquest.com (external link). |
| Q. | Can I purchase extra meal tickets? |
| A. | Yes, you will be able to indicate how many extra tickets you would like on the registration form. The cost for each meal is: Wednesday Opening Banquet - $35.00; Thursday Breakfast - $10.00; Thursday Lunch - $20.00; Closing Banquet - $20.00 |
| Q. | What if I have special dietary needs? |
| A. | Each meal should include vegetarian and vegan options. There will be a place on the registration form to indicate any special needs. |
| Q. | What if I'm interested in presenting a program? |
| A. | Just click on the "Program Proposal" link on the main page of this website. The deadline to submit is October 20, 2006. |
