**** Please be advised that some vendors may have time sensitive return policies for damaged items. ****
For Stock Items:
- Either return the item to any Supply Center location or contact Customer Service at UK Supply Center immediately for pick up and credit
For Non-Stock or Non-File Items:
- Contact the Vendor Immediately for an "RA" or Return Authorization Number.
- Contact UK Supply Center for pick up
- Please provide RA information, Purchase Order # and any other pertinent information with the item being returned to the vendor
- Be aware that some vendors may charge a restocking fee. This is the customer's responsibility and may be reflected as an additional charge to the account after the initial return refund.
