Sometimes tests, quizzes, surveys and assignments are set to open in a new window. If you have difficulty opening any of these things, it may be because of pop-up blockers on your web browser; or adware, spyware, or a virus on your machine.

To get assistance turning off pop-up blockers or removing adware, spyware, or viruses from your computer, contact the UK Customer Service Center for assistance (111 McVey Hall, 7am-6pm weekdays, 859-257-1300, helpdesk@uky.edu). 24/7 Blackboard help is also available from the Blackboard Online Support Center (24 hours a day, 7 days a week, toll free 1-877-708-2933).
