How do I change my e-mail address in Blackboard?
Go to Tools in the course menu, then Personal Information, Edit Personal Information. Students who do not have a UK e-mail address should complete this step as soon as possible in the first week of classes. If you do not have a Tools section listed, contact your instructor, as they have the ability to make the Tools section available.
How do I set up e-mail forwarding if I
do not wish to change my e-mail address in Blackboard?
You can forward mail from your UK email address to any other e-mail address of your choosing. After logging in at https://u-connect.uky.edu/manager/ (link opens in a new window), look at the box labeled Please Choose a Management Option. Click on Change E-mail Forwarding address and follow the instructions. If you have any problems setting up e-mail forwarding, contact UK Customer Service Center for assistance (111 McVey Hall, 7am-6pm weekdays, 859-257-1300, helpdesk@uky.edu).
