Need immediate help with your Blackboard course?
If you are having technical difficulty, contact the instructor of your course first. For other needs, or if your instructor is unable to assist you, you can get help by contacting the UK Customer Service Center for assistance (111 McVey Hall, 7am-6pm weekdays, 859-257-1300, helpdesk@uky.edu). 24/7 Blackboard help is also available from the Blackboard Online Support Center (24 hours a day, 7 days a week, toll free 1-877-708-2933).
