Why is my weighting of graded Directories not calculating the percentages quite right?
Instructors choosing to weight categories or individual items in the online graded Directorybook need to be particularly careful that number information has not been entered inconsistently. Be sure that all the various weightings ad to to 100%. If a column you've set to be worth 0 points is set to be part of the weighted calculation, this will throw things off. If a weight assigned to a quiz is inconsistent with the number of points assigned, this too can throw off the percentages. Be extra sure to double-check that the final percentages Bb calculates for your students' grade directories are accurate.
